Our team comprises of passionate fitness individuals including Alex who is a Personal Trainer and “Protein Shake” enthusiast. In an effort to lose weight many years ago, he started on a basic weight loss diet and began exercising regularly, shortly after he started lifting weights and found a new lifestyle obsession in improving his physical body, to take it from bad health, to great health. It was not long before he started supplementing in a basic protein powder he found at the local supermarket, which realistically was a not a good product (he did not know any better at the time). He soon discovered the importance of a good diet, which lead him to a new fascination and obsession with nutrition and dietary supplements.
For the last few years he has been getting questioned on protein powders and protein shake recipes, creatine, vitamins and supplements from clients, friends and training partners so he has shared this information he’s gathered over the past 7 years on the Protein Shakes website.
